Many of you are probably wondering how in the world could you even think about figuring out a way to stay afloat when there's so much drama in these so called economic times well, I like to think of todays times as something that can be regulated by us as consumers and self employed business people alike. You see we really can't blame Washington because when things are O K we drop the ball on our self simply by not having any respect for the LAW OF MATH!We cannot say the economy was bad per say cause we, number one made it threw another year as you can see. Number two, we know how much money was generated threw out 2009 at least in our case as self employed business people we know and there's no doubt that we certainly had our fair share of spending which by the way may have very well been the reason why there was not enough money waiting for most of us at the end of the year.
My point is simply this, if you find a way to destroy what is causing you to as they say," Strike Out " then you can set up a way to beat what has been beating you for years. Dose anybody know what that might be? Your lack of self control. That's right! Self control which the average person lacks a grate deal. For example: if you have a dollar but decide to spend 40 cents, you got 60 cents left. Now let's say there's someone out there who made twenty thousand bucks but has a habit of spending the same or almost the same amount well, it's going to take he or she a minute to stop and pay attention to that before anything can ever be done about it, know what I mean??
I put it this way cause most people are creatures of habit. We're use to going places and doing things like having fun, right?! We go to many out and indoor events but never once ask how much did we spend today. And those of us who are small business people.We are like the average consumer. What do I mean by this, let me tell you.....We spend, spend and spend profusely and wonder why the middle line is moderate to huge but the bottom line is tiny. Small enough to ask somebody for a ten spot cause you wasted so much money over the course of the year.. It's easy to understand that middle line has surpass the top line. You can't run a business like that! It's like handling it as your average consumer who brought up a years supply a stuff all in one weekend.
Here's a tip: have a plan number one. Make sure that plan produces some sort of sacrifice cause if it doesn't you lose by the end of the year. Eventually the habit will be spotted and once that happens, hope that some sort of change or turn of events will have occur in your life that allows you to make room for improvements that hasn't existed before like using your head to get a head from a math point of view.
When we fell to do this we can't blame Washington though many of us dose due to eating so-o-o much politics until we're just full of it. Our stomachs ache but yet we continue to over indulge. Folks, the hunger some how stays when eating the political dinner that we never have time to stop and go on a diet. Me, I like to eat stuff that makes sense to me cause it taste better like common sense, having a plan, paying attention to numbers and doing the right thing after finding out that what I ate half the year was having all the wrong concerns. Stuff that can cause you to feel sick and throw up. This usually happens at the end of the year.
When I found out what it was then it was too late. It's too late to say you know I wish I had done things differently. Most of us will still blame the guy in Washington. But I won't cause he didn't tell me I needed to spend five hundred dollars while I only had four hundred..just trying to get a lite bulb to go off over your head that's all cause this is something we all need to keep in mind. I don't care who you are, where your from and who raised you. In the end the law of math says it was violated like a woman with self respect and wants to make sure the other person respects her as well. Math is the same way, only difference is you can take advantage of person, math on the other hand you cannot and will not be violated or taken advantage of in anyway shape form or fashion.
Remember, if you want to get ahead, have common sense first! A plan is our blue print to survive in times like this. 2009 was pretty good despite what's going on. People need to get a grip on the fact that nothing stops you from getting ahead but you!!! It's all about realizing something rather you are an everyday Joe blow or a small business person like myself who realize what he did wrong in 2009.

The Law Of Math said to me, ' I AIN'T HAVING IT LOFTON. I WON'T PUT UP WITH THIS!", meaning hey, if your going to do this at this time of the year then you better think about it first. What was it math would have gotten me to pay attention to first?, the fact that I only had enough money to cover the bills that existed at the time. Math and reason. Two elements that tend to go hand n hand when running a business. You don't need over-head like employees to figure this out or even financial advice but, what you do need is the ability to realize something before you make any decision that involves money; that's why people are getting laid off and capital hill, their just too busy getting laid with confusion and blame. Nobody wants to own up to whats really going on but, I guess that's another story which I will share with everyone later.
